Confirmation On Iceland Express Lack Of Professionnalism

Do you remember a month ago I wrote about Iceland Express being the worse nordic airline? Once again, I just had a confirmation yesterday evening when I received a phone call from them. They called me to announce a "change" in my September booking. I booked a flight ticket for the 7th of september quite some time ago (yes, before the previous post) and unfortunately for me they decided to cancel this flight. The first question I asked the woman on the phone was: "What’s the closest date you have available?". ‘"The 25th of August"she told me. "Hmmm", I asked her if it meant they canceled all flights from and to Paris in the whole month of September and late August. "Yes sir" she replied. I asked naturally for a refund and was hoping to never have to deal with them again…
