Spring

Posted on Wednesday 2 April 2008

I‘m back to work after my incredible weekend in Finland. I had a real blast. Things went slow in my brain the next days. I’m already thinking of my next move. I’ve been talking with my sis for coordinating dates on a weekend in Paris in May for our mother birthday. I’m trying to see if that’s possible.

I realize that there is nothing really worth to write about. My Icelandic is on hold. The session 3 has been canceled for some reasons and I haven’t been working a lot on it apart from buying a new book. Being surrounded by Finnish speaking people for 4 days gave me the great feeling of finally realizing that I know Icelandic more than I thought. Or at least I felt on my way back that Icelandic isn’t that hard after all.

We have long daylight now. And we had several weekends with an astonished sun. Veưur.is forecast a sunny day on Saturday. I think I’ll do the same than last time. I’ll find my spot in the sun and melt. At least I’ll try to achieve that with the negative temperature.
