After a cosy night in 101 hotel where I taught the (charming) waitress how to make a Gin Fizz…
- 6 cl of gin
- 4 cl of lemon juice
- 2 cl of cane sugar sirop
- 12 cl of aerated water
… and a (too) short night, 2 friends of mine and I hit the road towards Snæfellsnes peninsula. Territory of elves, trolls, birds and free horses, the land is compose by a huge diversity of volcanic landscapes, small craters, colored sands and soft mosses. A journey in the interior of the Earth without Jules Vernes but with an amazing 20 years-old-Ford Fiesta :)
